The challenge was to provide a flexible headless policy admin solution which would be deployed in the Azure cloud. The platform requires the integration of all Integrity’s systems, in order to scale and enable the rapid deployment of new products across different channels.

The Appsure platform is the book of record and manages the full life cycle of the insurance process, including Application, Underwriting, Amendments and Renewals. The platform also incorporates automated letter generation, debit order and payment services and claims, as well as offering the full integration to Integrity’s data platform to enable real time reporting.
